Dr. Shaina Darmont is a second-generation owner/dentist at Plaistow Dental and a University of Maryland School of Dentistry graduate. Her individualized and comprehensive approach to patient care is at the core of Dr. Darmont’s dental practice. Dr. Darmont believes in the importance of oral health and its transformative effect on a patient’s quality of life. For this reason, Dr. Darmont strives to provide patients with a well-informed, elevated, fearless experience focused on trust, commitment and collaboration. Dr. Darmont is continuously motivated to provide the town of Plaistow and surrounding cities with exceptional dental care through expertly trained clinicians and team members in a multi-specialty practice.

Dr. Darmont’s areas of expertise and interest include surgery, implant dentistry, cosmetic rehabilitation, myofunctional therapy with tongue-tie release and dental anxiety prevention. Dr. Darmont engages in extensive continuing education training on surgical techniques, leading-edge technologies and interpersonal skills.

In her personal time, Dr. Darmont enjoys spending time with her husband two children, Boston Terrier-Schnauzer mix “puppy” and close friends. Her interests include yoga, swimming, traveling and outdoor activities.
